Modern waste water treatment plants need the best dosing and mixing technology to achieve the needed dry substance, which depends on the type of further processing <br> (burning, drying, disposal etc.) With conventional technology, dewatering performance is often limited: Dosing and mixing are not applied with the needed precision, thus the flocks get to small or to fat. No matter if you use a chamber filter press, centriduge ot belt press – we deliver best results on any kind of dewatering equipment!

Many areas, especially former industrial zones contain contaminated ground which needs to get remediated. The formerly common way to do this was to excavate the whole area and deposit the contaminated soil in a landfill, often without purifying it. Even by only relocating the problem without solving it, the logistical effort caused tremendous costs. Today, a washing and sorting process plant is used to decontaminate the soil on site without the need to move thousands of tons. The remaining fine grained particles can be dewatered with FMfloc technology like mobile trailers or containers.

Tunneling projects for railways and roads contain several processes which create sludge: cooling lubricant of drilling rigs, sorting plants for dug out material, concrete water mixtures and many more.

In all mines, whether sand and gravel extraction, ore and coal extraction: rain and industrial water are contaminated by the corresponding minerals, metals etc. The operators face problems here in particular with fine sediments and sludges. Our robust FMfloc dewatering containers can be used flexibly on site. This allows the separated water to be returned to open waters such as rivers and lakes without any environmental impact, and the residual solids can be further processed.

Many harbors, from the smallest marina to the largest container ports share one big problem: Water flow and shipping cause sediment to move to the lowest points – which in most cases is a harbor. Removing the sediment, which is often contaminated needs caution and expertise to eliminate the risk of environmental damage. FMfloc will help you doing this – our mobile or stationary dewatering machines are flexible solutions which fit most applications. They can be supplied with sludge by submersible pumps or dredgers – the released water will be separated from the sediments in geotextile dewatering tubes, centrifuges or chamber filter presses.
